Troubleshooting a download

 
If for any reason the download of a file fails, or a downloaded installation file does not work, you must follow the following instructions to clear the cache of your browser before attempting to download the file again.  If you do not clear the cache of your browser, it may thinks that the file is already downloaded and therefore it will not download it again.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

  1. Select the menu item Tools / Internet Options...
  2. Select the General Tab
  3. Click on the Delete Files... button to delete the temporary internet files.
  4. Finally, refresh the download page for the new changes to take affect.

If you are using Netscape:

  1. Select the menu item Edit / Preferences...
  2. Double click on the Advanced category and select the cache
  3. Click on the Clear Memory Cache button
  4. Click on the Clear Disk Cache button
  5. Finally, reload the download page for the new changes to take affect.
