How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed manually. This means that a member of our staff has to read and deal with your order. The license key is typically e-mailed to you  the same day the order is placed (or the closest working day of the week). We operate from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. If your order arrives outside of these times then please allow for the difference.

Do you email me a confirmation of my order?

You will receive an email from the payment processing company which is your receipt and should be kept safe (ideally printed out).
